Promotion Conditions — Clever Faces

1. Promotional Offers
Two promotional offers are available during the period:

  • 20% Off Offer: valid on all personalised books (excluding gift cards) from 6 November 2025 to 9 December 2025 inclusive.
  • “Second Book 50% Off” Offer: valid from 15 November 2025 to 9 December 2025 inclusive. The 50% discount is automatically applied to the second item of equal or lesser value, including the trio (a second trio is considered equal value).

2. Application of the Offers
Discounts are applied automatically at checkout during the promotional period.
The two offers cannot be combined with each other or with any other discount codes.

3. Products Included
These offers apply to all personalised Clever Faces books.
Exclusions: gift cards.
The Christmas Edition is a limited-time edition and will be removed from sale after Christmas.

4. Geographic Scope
Offers are valid for orders delivered within France, the European Union, and the United Kingdom.

5. Availability
No stock limits apply.
All items are printed on demand.

6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the personalised and print-on-demand nature of the products, no returns or refunds are possible (in accordance with consumer protection rules covering personalised goods).

7. Special Case: Trios
The “Second Book 50% Off” offer applies when purchasing a trio.
If two trios are purchased in the same order, the second trio receives the 50% discount, as it is of equal value.

8. VIP Free Shipping Offer
This offer is available exclusively to returning Clever Faces customers via a personalised discount code shared by email.

  • Free shipping applies to any order amount.
  • The VIP Free Shipping code can be combined with either of the promotional offers listed in Section 1 (20% Off or Second Book 50% Off).
  • Valid for shipping locations within France, the European Union, and the United Kingdom.
  • This offer is personal and non-transferable.

 

9. Last Chance Christmas Free Shipping Offer

Free shipping on all orders placed between December 2nd, 05:00pm and December 5th at 11:59pm (local time).
Offer valid in France (metropolitan) and the United Kingdom only.
Discount is automatically applied at checkout and can be combined with other active promotions.
Offer is non-retroactive and subject to change or cancellation without notice.
