ARTICLE 7 - Exclusion from the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to the following purchases:

Goods made at your request or clearly personalised, the manufacture of which requires special adaptations to meet very precise technical and aesthetic requirements.

ARTICLE 8- Seller's liability and guarantees

The products supplied by the Vendor are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for defective, damaged or damaged products that do not correspond to the request, in accordance with articles L.217-4 and L.217-5 of the French Consumer Code, as well as the legal guarantee against hidden defects resulting from a material, design or manufacturing defect affecting the products delivered and rendering them unfit for use, in accordance with articles 1641 to 1648 of the French Civil Code.

The customer must inform the Vendor by e-mail of the non-conformity of the products or of the existence of hidden defects. Action under the guarantee of conformity is time-barred after 2 years from the date of delivery of the product. Warranty claims for latent defects are time-barred after 2 years from the date of discovery of the defect, up to a maximum of 20 years from the date of purchase.

Where there is a lack of conformity, the Vendor offers the Customer the replacement or repair of the product. The choice rests with the Customer, unless this would entail a manifestly disproportionate cost for the Vendor. The product will be brought into conformity within a maximum of 30 days following the Customer's request.

The Customer may have the contract rescinded or reduced (reduction in the price of the goods) if the professional refuses to bring the product into conformity, if the defect is so serious as to justify it or if the chosen solution takes longer than one month from the date of the request, or if it is not possible to bring the product into conformity.

No charge may be made to the Customer for the replacement, repair, cancellation or reduction of the contract, apart from the cost of postage, which will be reimbursed to the Customer within 14 days.

Where there are hidden defects, the Customer has the choice of returning the item and having the price refunded or keeping the item and having part of the price refunded.
